​1941 Ford convertible door bottom​

​It took some carfull planning & layout to make the lower section in 1 piece several bends & inner reveals, all done using my Baileigh BR-16E-36 Bead Roller.

​​I do a lot of small projects for customers this door just needed the bottom inner structure made & welded in.
