​The body is real straight & the paint is top notch with great door gaps so its be real care full not to mess any thing up. 

The owner has had this super clean.350 powered Nova for 30 plus years & has decided to upgrade the suspension for a better ride & handling.

​Paint was touched up after welding parts in.

I trailered the car to the alignment shop where I met the owner and he then took it to his exhaust guy for headers back system.

​Hidden base going inside left front fender.

​The battery is being moved to the trunk so a new box and mount plat form was made.

Working on setting up the rearend for 3 degrees with the car at ride height, Lots of adjusting. 

The new TCI front crossmember was installed including welding it to body than welds ground for clean look. Then assembled, after that the fire wall was prepped and painted with the ceramic paint.

​Fabbed up another cover.

I mark a lot of parts for easer reassembly and take lots of reference pictures.

​A few painted parts I used ceramic chassis paint.

​Lots of checking and rechecking before final brake down.

​Checking for sheet metal fitment, TCI supplyed the inner fenders and support braces.

​Pattern taking shape and checking for fit.

​Leaf spring brackets to remove.

65 Nova Suspension redo

​Mosser 12 bolt that was in car.

​Time to take the front apart.

​The wiring cover adds to the clean look.

The fuel tank and straps were prepped primed and painted in the black ceramic chassis paint.

​Old rear suspension out now.

​Front is original style under hood.

​Had to get new rear sump pan and will have to rework oil pick up to back of motor.

Last fitment radiator to core support.

​Thats all for this project.

​The underside of the floor pan was cleaned supports masked and then shot with body shoots.

​Prepping for paint before final install.

​Working on feed the wiring thru.

4 link bar mounts and panhard bar mount fully welded and brake line spacers with hold down tabs welded. 

​Fabbing up new brake lines.

Motor won't fit oil pan wrong end sump.

​It was detailed primed and painted body color for a clean look.

Sitting outside under its own power Suttle stocker clean look.

​The new Ididit steering column was prepped and painted car color along with the under dash kleenex box carrier.

​Sub frame connectors installed and will be welded on ends and a center bracket.

The front 4 link mount and rear panhard mount are fully welded in and welds ground for a clean look.

After unmask its a clean look.

​Final assembly time as usual a few trips to the parts store.

​A lot more rear and front parts were painted in the ceramic chassis paint.

It was painted several years ago but is real nice so all the edges were masked and the gaps marked and measured to be the same when re assembled.
