Mosser 12 bolt that was in car.
Time to take the front apart.
Disassembly time.
Fitting new dual electric fand radiator.
After unmask its a clean look.
Final assembly time as usual a few trips to the parts store.
Is it Christmas naw just front and rear goodies from my friends at TCI.
More paint prep work.
Lots of old brackets had to be removed.
Start of hidden wiring box.
Hydro boost gets first test fit for clerances.
A few painted parts I used ceramic chassis paint.
Lots of checking and rechecking before final brake down.
Had to get new rear sump pan and will have to rework oil pick up to back of motor.
Last fitment radiator to core support.
It was detailed primed and painted body color for a clean look.
Sub frame connectors installed and will be welded on ends and a center bracket.
Electrical components on hidden base.
The front 4 link mount and rear panhard mount are fully welded in and welds ground for a clean look.
New coil over suspension with rear 4 link.
Inside of inner fender and hidden mount painted.
Fitting rear panhard bar mount.
The wiring cover adds to the clean look.
The fuel tank and straps were prepped primed and painted in the black ceramic chassis paint.
Sitting outside under its own power Suttle stocker clean look.

4 link, panhard bar and coil overs installed.
Hidden base going inside left front fender.
It was painted several years ago but is real nice so all the edges were masked and the gaps marked and measured to be the same when re assembled.
4 link bar mounts and panhard bar mount fully welded and brake line spacers with hold down tabs welded.
Motor won't fit oil pan wrong end sump.
Fabbed another cover for the heater motor.
The body is real straight & the paint is top notch with great door gaps so its be real care full not to mess any thing up.
The owner has had this super clean.350 powered Nova for 30 plus years & has decided to upgrade the suspension for a better ride & handling.

Fabbing up new brake lines.
The new Ididit steering column was prepped and painted car color along with the under dash kleenex box carrier.
Last suspension check time for final engine install.
Cover fits great easy to remove with 8 nuts.
Final engine compartment parts paint in ceramic.
Working on setting up the rearend for 3 degrees with the car at ride height, Lots of adjusting.
Checking for sheet metal fitment, TCI supplyed the inner fenders and support braces.
Front is original style under hood.
It will cover the windshield washer pump.
Pattern taking shape and checking for fit.
Leaf spring brackets to remove.
Headers painted with high heat paint.
Heater hoses gets the hidden treatment.
Paint was touched up after welding parts in.
Prepping for paint before final install.
More parts painted smoot clean look.
Starting on pattern for hidden cover.
Pump for power rack and hydrobost.
Fabbed up another cover.
The underside of the floor pan was cleaned supports masked and then shot with body shoots.
Fitting new parallel 4 link front crossmember.
I mark a lot of parts for easer reassembly and take lots of reference pictures.
Old rear suspension out now.
Working on feed the wiring thru.
A lot more rear and front parts were painted in the ceramic chassis paint.
I trailered the car to the alignment shop where I met the owner and he then took it to his exhaust guy for headers back system.
The new TCI front crossmember was installed including welding it to body than welds ground for clean look. Then assembled, after that the fire wall was prepped and painted with the ceramic paint.
Hydro boost system being plumed in.
Nothing crazy just stock looking other than the wheels but about 2 inches lower.
The battery is being moved to the trunk so a new box and mount plat form was made.
