Working on setting up the rearend for 3 degrees with the car at ride height, Lots of adjusting.

Had to get new rear sump pan and will have to rework oil pick up to back of motor.
Last fitment radiator to core support.

Motor won't fit oil pan wrong end sump.
Final assembly time as usual a few trips to the parts store.

The underside of the floor pan was cleaned supports masked and then shot with body shoots.

It was painted several years ago but is real nice so all the edges were masked and the gaps marked and measured to be the same when re assembled.

Front is original style under hood.
It was detailed primed and painted body color for a clean look.

The body is real straight & the paint is top notch with great door gaps so its be real care full not to mess any thing up.
The owner has had this super clean.350 powered Nova for 30 plus years & has decided to upgrade the suspension for a better ride & handling.
Paint was touched up after welding parts in.
I trailered the car to the alignment shop where I met the owner and he then took it to his exhaust guy for headers back system.
The new TCI front crossmember was installed including welding it to body than welds ground for clean look. Then assembled, after that the fire wall was prepped and painted with the ceramic paint.
Pump for power rack and hydrobost.

The fuel tank and straps were prepped primed and painted in the black ceramic chassis paint.

Nothing crazy just stock looking other than the wheels but about 2 inches lower.

The new Ididit steering column was prepped and painted car color along with the under dash kleenex box carrier.
Quality custom & restoration sheet metal work & repair
4 link, panhard bar and coil overs installed.
New coil over suspension with rear 4 link.
Inside of inner fender and hidden mount painted.
Pattern taking shape and checking for fit.
Leaf spring brackets to remove.
Old rear suspension out now.
4 link bar mounts and panhard bar mount fully welded and brake line spacers with hold down tabs welded.
