​Last thing to do the owner wanted to put a speaker in the rear section. so first we made up 3 reses lips.

​After welding in they were rust preventative painted

​The rust out is all cut out.

​Then a removable recessed panel was made now the owner can mount what ever speaker he wants & it wont buldge out to give a factory installed look. That's it for this project the rest of the vehicle is very nice other then the owner plans on a complete repaint.

​The drivers door had a minor rust thru problem which was cut out & a new repair section made.

​The owner supplied a pre made patch & it is slightly short of the rust out area.

​1991 Jeep Wagoneer  minor rust repair.

​The repair section extension was fit welded & welds ground clean.

​The floor braces were power wire brushed out then them & the underside of the repair panel were painted with rust preventative paint.

​The floor pan has some rot out on the right side.

​The patch was welded ground clean then painted.

​Then it was painted with rust preventative paint seam sealed & re painted.
