I ​Use only a 3/8 spacer with the thumb nail dies.

​The variable foot control makes it real nice

It will come with 1 set of thumb nail shrink dies and a upper flat with a couple of lower planishing smoothing dies​

Upper tooling mount is welded to slide now its time to move a couple thing aroung and plug it in.

​The upper arms remind me of frog legs so AKA Kirmet.

​The first tuck formed.

19 gauge 90 degree angle 

​Smoothed with planishing die about 1 minute.

​Smoothed out other side.

Raised part with liner stretch die about 1 minute.

​Die change time.

​The upper and lower tooling use standard 13/16 shank planishing hammer tooling.

​Tooling shim spacers can be thinner if needed for taller tooling.

​I made a minor adjustment to the lower tooling position now faster, cleaner, shrinks this took about 90 seconds.

Its up and running.

Die change time under 3 minutes and some 1 minute.

​These had a square shank so I added material with my wire feed welder.

Several more passes its really shrinking down.

​About 8 passes its shrinking down.

I built this several years ago and used it a lot, then I was going to update, things got in the way and now its time to put it back together and sell it. It has a 1 HP 220 volt foot controlled variable speed motor.
